- To provide financial assistance for education and technical training in Singapore for Asian youths in areas which would enable them to contribute to their communities.

- To assist families of critically ill patients who are in financial needs regardless of nationality.

- To improve the quality of lives of the elderly and disabled by meeting the costs of their special needs such as medicine, physiotherapy, equipment or transport.

- To provide temporary financial assistance to low-income families of the elderly, disabled or sick relatives who are unemployed due to their illness or old age.

- To sponsor projects for the improvements of the community.

- To fund long-term projects such as the building, equipping and running of clinics, schools, child care centres or orphanages in Asia.

- To provide financial aids to low-income students in Singapore schools and tertiary institutions

- To care for HIV positive patients

- To provide financial aids to established charities who are on field to directly help victims of natural disaster

- To provide financial aids to doctors who are invited to perform surgeries on poor and needy patients from countries in Asia

- To train doctors from third world countries in co-operation with Singapore hospitals so that the doctors may return to help patients in their own countries

- To provide water and sanitary facilities via the construction of wells and latrines in developing countries in Asia
